Do I need specific hardware?

Yes. We help install RFID readers and provide tagging kits. Functional setup is done by your team from the admin portal.

How is resident privacy maintained?

The system tracks objects, not people. Object-resident assignment is encrypted and only accessible to authorised roles, with full audit.
